1. Site Survey & Booking Fee
Initial project booking deposits and site survey fees are 100% refundable if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of booking, provided the physical site engineering assessment has not yet been executed.
2. Equipment Procurement
Once solar panels, inverters, structures, or battery units have been customized, procured, and dispatched from our primary distribution hubs, the corresponding equipment costs are non-refundable as they are custom-mapped to your structural engineering specs.
3. Installation & Labor Costs
Service labor fees and structural installation charges are fully refundable if requested prior to the mobilization of our on-site installation crew. Once physical construction work commences on your property, labor costs are non-refundable.
4. Processing & Settlement
Approved refund requests are settled within 10 to 14 business days. The refund will be credited directly to the original bank account or payment method utilized during the initial booking transaction.
5. Filing a Refund Request
To initiate a cancellation or request a refund, please send your project booking ID and reason for cancellation to our billing desk at connect@urjavikas.com.
