1. Terms of Engagement
By accessing our web platforms, telemetry dashboard, or contracting our solar design, installation, or software services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease operations on our systems.
2. Software & Dashboards
Urja Vikas Technologies provides access to proprietary cloud dashboards and MQTT telemetry modules. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view system outputs for registered physical solar assets. Reverse engineering of telemetry software is strictly prohibited.
3. Hardware & Warranty Terms
All tier-1 solar modules installed carry a 25-year manufacturer-backed power generation warranty. Smart inverters and auxiliary mounting frames are subject to standard 5-to-10 year warranty terms. Any hardware modifications performed by unauthorized third parties void active warranties.
4. Subsidy Applications
We assist with PM Surya Ghar and state-level subsidy filing protocols in Uttarakhand and Haryana. While we optimize document accuracy, final approval and payment release depend solely on DISCOM inspectors and government authority checks.
5. Limitation of Liability
Urja Vikas Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from grid downtime, transient power surges, or telemetry connection latency caused by local cellular ISP outages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of solar contracts or software usage fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
