1. Service & Delivery Zones
We ship solar PV equipment, mounting grids, and energy storage units across Uttarakhand, Haryana, NCR, and select industrial corridors across India. Deliveries are made directly to the residential or commercial project site address specified during contract finalization.
2. Dispatch Timeline
Upon structural layout design approval and booking clearance, equipment is compiled and dispatched from our local distribution hubs within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery dates are carefully coordinated with the on-site installation schedule.
3. Freight & Heavy Cargo Transport
Solar modules and batteries are heavy, fragile components. We transport all hardware via specialized cargo carriers equipped with protective vibration dampening. A qualified logistics engineer accompanies the cargo to supervise offloading.
4. Transit Insurance
All hardware shipments are 100% insured against loss, theft, or physical damage during transit. The insurance coverage ceases once the equipment is successfully delivered and signed for by you or your authorized representative at the site.
5. Delivery Costs
Shipping and freight transport charges are calculated based on cargo weight and site distance from Dehradun or Gurgaon. All shipping costs are clearly detailed and included in your custom project proposal before booking; there are no hidden charge additions on delivery.
