1. No Return Policy
Urja Vikas Technologies engineers customized structural frameworks, high-efficiency solar modules, and specific grid cabling systems. Because all components are engineered and structurally integrated for a specific site location, our business does not support returns on any physical hardware after delivery.
2. Transit Damage & Replacements
We secure full transit insurance on all hardware consignments. Upon arrival of your solar equipment, our delivery engineer will inspect the goods. If any module or inverter is found damaged on arrival (DOA) before installation begins, it will be replaced immediately at no additional cost.
3. Warranty Support
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds for installed units, your investment is fully protected by comprehensive manufacturer warranties: a 25-year performance warranty on solar panels and a 5-to-10 year warranty on smart inverters.
4. System Defect Resolution
In the rare event that a system component malfunctions post-installation, our service engineers will conduct on-site troubleshooting. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced in alignment with the active product warranty policies.
